I’ve was doing some work last Friday as part of a course and we discussed Pirate websites as part of the resources linked to the books we were talking about – Kensuke’s Kingdom being one of them. Matt mentioned the ‘Talk like a Pirate Day‘ and that there was a pirate translator on the web. What a great idea with the children if you are looking at pirates or books with them in. Here’s a few of the links I’ve found which might be useful!
