Do you dance like a fairy? Do you have spiky hair? Are you good at sorting things out? Are you fair but tell off children if they are naughty? If so then you may consider applying for the Headteachers job at Horton Primary School in Oxfordshire. The school is after a new headteacher and the children have put together the person spec. It’s a great video and makes you really want to teach there.
