Filling in the NPQH

PersonalWhy the shortage of posts this last week?  I’ve been filling in the NPQH application form.

Wow – is it any wonder that there is a shortage of headteachers!  Filling in the NPQH application form is hardly a quick process.  You may not have to write more (600 characters per example) but it’s difficult to say everything you want in so few words.

Anyway it’s all completed now.  For those that are thinking about applying this round I suggest you take a good look at it – it has to be completed by noon on the 7th – including your supporting statement from the headteacher.

    Hi,

As someone who is currently banging his head against anything within reach over an almost completed application would it be possible to see a copy of a completed application so I know I am on the right track?

    Thanks!

    Matthew

can’t help you – but can say I’m in exactly the same position – I am completely sick of seeing this app – why isn’t there a set of positive examples somewhere so you can lay yours alongside and say “my set of experiences are very different but they tick the right boxes for the right hoops”? – I can see a perfect training opp for someone here!
