After my two days assessment for the new NPQH – I'm just so tired so I'll post properly tomorrow. For anyone that gets into the next round – the assessors manage to find everything out about you. It's tiring, it's hard work, it's very reflective and it's very revealing about yourself! Why do we put ourselves through it!
