We should first define and describe who a teacher is and what is expected of him or her in the classroom. Then come to an agreement on what constitue "reasonable standard" of behaviour. Whose standard anyway? Are these teachers not menbers of the bigger society, members of Millwall football club. Whose standard are we going to adopt in this complex society?
