Ictopus provide lots of free resources for parents and teachers. Their site (which requires free registration) has a range of downloadable newsletters including:
- Sharing Good Practice – a regular newsletter which contains lots of ideas for using ICT in the classroom… all written by teachers who are sharing their own good practice.
- Lessons2Go – Lots of lesson ideas and resources, covering a range of subject areas.
- Ictopus@Home – a four page fortnightly magazine for families from ictopus. Each issue starts with a general article of interest to parents and children using ICT together for home education.
The site also has free educational resources to download, a picture gallery offering images to use in the classroom, a news blog and much more. It’s a wonderful site!
Do you receive any other education-related newsletters? I would like to feature other mailing list messages that teachers find useful. Please leave a comment on this post or send me an email… thanks!
