How do you find resources to use in your classroom? Do you try searching for your topic with Google / Bing / Yahoo (and then have to browse through millions of results)? Or do you visit your favourite teaching sites one by one and hope that they have what you need?
To save teachers some time when planning our lessons, I set up a search engine on theĀ Teachr site.
Just type what you’re looking for into the search box on the front page of www.teachr.co.uk and the site will search lots of popular educational sites in one go, including:
Hopefully, this should save you lots of time when you’re looking for resources!

I’ve found having coffee once a week with the teachers from other schools nearby to be the best resource on the planet. Some of them have been teaching the same grade/class for over 20 years and love to help anyone they can, it’s in their blood.
