Incompetech offers free printable graph paper. There is a huge selection available, including grids, dotted paper, triangular and circular templates and more!
There is also a grid generator which allows you to create squared paper to your exact requirements.
I came across this useful site whilst I was reading the Primary Teacher Resource Centre Forum, which is another site well worth exploring. Thanks to ‘cottage’ for sharing it.
I found this website back in 2007 and it has come in very handy on multiple occasions since then.
